Processing time for all orders is 1-3 days. 

Monday - Friday = Business days

All orders will be shipped through USPS shipping services.

Delivery can take up to 1-4 days for US orders and 1-4 weeks Internationally for First Class Package Mail. It can take 6-10 days for your order to be delivered through Priority Mail International and 3-5 days Priority Mail Express International shipping. 

Please check your tracking number tracking number for shipping updates before contacting me for any updates.

Each customer will be given a tracking number for their order. If your tracking is not updated after 4 days please contact us for further support. We are NOT responsible for delays caused by USPS. Delays could be caused by busy shipping season. 

To ensure your package has been delivered and received within the time that is advertised by us, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations and spaces, we will not take responsibility for any incorrect information inputted. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address any issues with them. Pinkmoon Studio Shop does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms to be delivered. 

If the chosen shipping does not have insurance there will be no partial compensations from Pinkmoon Studio Shop or United States Postal Service. 

If you refuse any shipments from Pinkmoon Studio Shop or Lauren, you will held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

Pinkmoon Studio Shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

For custom units please allow 10-21 business days for processing before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped and you have received tracking Pinkmoon Studio Shop is not responsible for your package after that. The United States Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If you have any problems please contact them at: 1-800-275-8777

If your order has been placed under investigation and or is deemed as lost, you will have a 60 day period before a refund is given. Packages can still arrive and this is why the waiting time is given. The shipping carrier must have a completed investigation before refunds are able to be processed. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for the return will be deducted from the refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your retuned item.
