RETURNS

We except returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• They must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damage or faulty, please email us at pinkmoonstudioshop@gmail.com within 48-72 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
